Swym's Intgeration with Sailthru

This integration connects Swym with Sailthru, enabling personalized email campaigns triggered by customer actions like adding to a wishlist, sharing a wishlist, or subscribing to alerts.

Scope of Integration

  • Automatic wishlist reminders, back-in-stock alerts, price drop, and low stock alerts.

  • Capture customer emails via Swym apps and add them to Sailthru lists.

  • Incorporate detailed shopping journey data into Sailthru campaigns.

How It Works

Swym uses Sailthru's APIs to send emails. You need to provision the integration in your Sailthru account, create email templates for each event, and then associate those template names or IDs in the Swym configuration settings.

Requirements

  • Wishlist Plus and/or Back in Stock Alerts app installed.

  • Swym Starter plan or higher.

  • Email templates set up in Sailthru for all enabled messages.

Supported Events and Data

  • Authentication: Triggered on signup/login. Includes firstname, lastname, validate_uri.

  • Share Wishlist: Triggered when a wishlist is shared. Includes from_address, note, products.

  • Back in Stock: Triggered when a product is restocked. Includes iqty (inventory quantity), Price, addtocarturl.

  • Price Drop: Triggered when a wishlisted item's price drops. Includes OriginalPrice, Price, diff (array with old and new price).

  • Low Stock: Triggered when inventory for a wishlisted item is low. Includes oiqty (original inventory), iqty, diff (array with old and new stock).

  • Wishlist Reminder: Triggered after a set delay. Includes an array of products in the wishlist.
