Swym's integration with Listrak

The Swym-Listrak integration lets you send highly targeted email campaigns and manage subscriber lists based on customer interactions with Swym apps, all routed through your Listrak account.

Scope of Integration

  • Automatic wishlist reminders, back-in-stock alerts, and price/low stock alerts.

  • Capture email opt-ins from Swym forms and add them to Listrak marketing lists.

  • Incorporate Swym shopping journey data into Listrak campaigns.

Requirements

  • Wishlist Plus and/or Back in Stock Alerts app installed.

  • Swym Enterprise plan.

  • Email templates set up in Listrak as Transactional Messages.

Configuration Steps

  • Note: This configuration requires close collaboration with the Swym support team.

  • Create a Master List in Listrak:

    1. In your Listrak dashboard, create a new list named exactly swym-master.

    2. Under Web Analytics, enable "Enable Custom URL Variables?" and add:

      • URL Key: EmailKey

      • URL Value: #Listrak\EmailKey#

    3. Under Message Composition, ensure "Enable Dynamic Content within Author page?" is enabled.

  • Create a New Integration in Listrak:

    1. Go to the Integrations section and create a new Email API integration.

    2. Under "Access Level," select the checkboxes for List, Message, Contact, and Segmentation.

    3. Add the Swym IP address to the whitelist: 40.117.212.122

    4. Click Save.

  • Share Credentials with Swym:

    1. Re-open the saved integration to find the Client ID and Client Secret.

    2. Email these credentials to the Swym support team. They are required to configure merge tags on Swym's end.

  • Create Email Templates:

    1. Create the email templates for each message type (e.g., back-in-stock) in your Listrak Dashboard. These must be created as Transactional Messages.

    2. Once the templates are ready, notify the Swym support team. They will fetch the relevant template IDs and complete the integration setup.
