This integration tracks Swym app events with your Meta (Facebook) Pixel, enabling you to run targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, retarget users, and build custom/lookalike audiences based on high-intent actions.
Prerequisites
Swym Pro plan or above.
The Meta Pixel installed on your store.
Configuration Steps
Install Meta Pixel: Follow Meta's official guide to create a pixel, assign it to your ads account, and add it to your store if you haven't already.
Enable in Swym Admin:
Go to your Swym Admin panel.
Under the "Configure" section, click on the app you want to integrate.
Find the "FB Pixel" feature under Marketing Features and click "Manage" to enable it.

Event Name:
AddToWishlist
Description: Triggered when a user adds a product to their wishlist.
Swym Back In Stock Alerts
Event Name:
AddToWatchlist
Description: Triggered when a user subscribes for a back-in-stock alert.

How to Create a Custom Audience
In Meta Ads Manager, navigate to Audience > Create Audience > Custom Audience.
Select your Pixel as the source.
From the events dropdown, select the desired Swym event (e.g.,
AddToWishlist
).Refine the audience further if needed.
Give the audience a name and click Create Audience. You can now target this audience in your ad campaigns.
