Why can't I integrate Swym Wishlist Plus directly with Shopify Email?
At this time, the Shopify Email platform currently lacks native support for third-party integrations to include a personalized payload. This means that the current inability to connect our app to Shopify Email is a platform limitation by Shopify.
What are we doing to enable this integration?
We have reached out to the Shopify team to open a dialogue about platform capabilities, and we'll provide an update on our progress as soon as we have concrete information or a development roadmap to share.
