Swym Sender is Swym’s built-in email service provider that enables you to send automated reminder and alert emails—without requiring any third-party email integration. These emails help recover sales by targeting shoppers based on their intent and behaviour. This system utilizes SendGrid as its default email-sending platform, providing seamless email functionality for stores without external email integration options such as Shopify Email.
The built-in Swym Sender is available on all paid plans, including the Starter plan, allowing even small-scale operations to utilize its functionalities without upgrading their subscription.
What Emails Can You Send with Swym Sender?
Reminders
Wishlist Reminders: Re-engage shoppers who have Wishlisted & saved products but haven’t purchased.
Save for Later Reminders: Nudge shoppers to revisit items they saved for later in the cart.
Alerts
Price Drop Alerts: Notify shoppers when the price of a saved item is reduced.
Back in Stock Alerts: Inform shoppers when an out-of-stock item they saved is available again.
Low Stock Alerts: Create urgency by notifying shoppers when a saved product is almost out of stock.
How to Enable Swym Sender?
Go to the Marketing tab in your Wishlist Plus app.
Click on any available reminder (e.g., Wishlist Reminder).
If you don’t have an external email integration, you’ll see an option to Use Inbuilt Email.
Click the Use Inbuilt Email button to enable Swym Sender for your store.

Testing and Customizing Your Emails
Go to the Marketing tab in your Wishlist Plus app dashboard:
Navigate to any alert or reminder module (e.g., "Back in Stock Alerts").
You will see the default email template with a "Customize" button.
