Email template customization for the Swym default sender is currently in development and will be available soon. We are working to provide a user-friendly interface for you to manage your email templates directly.
In the Meantime: Customization Process
Until the customization feature is live, please follow the process below to make changes to your email templates.
1. Simple Text Changes
If you need to make simple text edits to the content of your emails, please reach out to our support team or an account agent.
We will make these text changes for you from our end.
2. Advanced Customizations (HTML)
For more advanced customizations, such as changes to the layout, design, or styling, we can provide you with the HTML template.
We will share the raw HTML file with you.
You can then make the desired changes to the HTML code.
Once your edits are complete, please send the updated HTML file back to us.
Our team will then upload the revised template from our end.
Alternative: Using Partner Email Service Providers (ESPs)
For merchants who require more control over their email communication and templates, we highly recommend using one of our partner email service provider integrations. This allows you to manage and customize your Swym-related emails directly within your preferred email marketing platform.
