PushOwl (by Brevo) Integration

Integrating Wishlist Plus with PushOwl (by Brevo) allows you to send personalized retargeting and engagement marketing campaigns to your customers via email or SMS. This guide walks you through the steps to successfully set up and use this integration.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure the following:
You’re on the Starter plan or higher on Wishlist Plus.
You have an active Brevo account linked to the same Shopify store where Wishlist Plus is installed.

Steps to Connect Wishlist Plus with PushOwl (by Brevo)

Step 1: Open the Integrations Tab in Wishlist Plus

Navigate to the Wishlist Plus app in your Shopify admin and click on the “Integrations” tab.

Step 2: Connect to PushOwl (by Brevo)

Find the PushOwl (by Brevo) tile and click “Connect.”If your Brevo account is linked to the same Shopify store, Wishlist Plus will automatically establish a connection via API in the background.

Step 3: Manage Your Connection

Once connected, you’ll be redirected to the PushOwl (by Brevo) Integration page within Wishlist Plus.

Step 4: Enable Communication Channels

On the PushOwl (by Brevo) Integration page, enable the channels through which you want to engage your shoppers:

  • Email

  • SMS

Each selected channel will send one test trigger to Brevo, which you can use to build marketing automations on Brevo.

Step 5: Send Test Events to Brevo

To make the custom events appear under “Triggers” in Brevo Automations:

  1. Go to the “Test Events & Triggers” section in Wishlist Plus.

  2. Select the event(s) you want to test.​

  3. Enter an email address.

  4. Click “Send Test Triggers.”

Now, head over to Brevo > Automations > Triggers > Custom Events and verify that all test triggers are listed. Once visible, your integration is complete!
