Sending Win your Wishlist Data to Klaviyo & Run a Thank You Campaign

The goal of this article is to guide merchants through a step-by-step process for leveraging data collected during the Win Your Wishlist (WYWL) campaign to run a targeted thank you campaign in Klaviyo. It outlines how to:

  • Identify and download the list of shoppers who participated in the WYWL campaign.

  • Create a precise shopper segment based on campaign activity.

  • Set up or modify a Klaviyo flow to thank participants and optionally offer a discount.

  • Sync relevant shopper data and engagement events from Swym to Klaviyo using the appropriate trigger configuration.

Ultimately, this process helps merchants re-engage high-intent shoppers, build stronger customer relationships, and drive post-campaign conversions using a personalized follow-up strategy.

Step 1: Download WYWL Participants

  • Go to the Win Your Wishlist section in your Swym dashboard.

  • Use the Download Participants option to get a list of shoppers who wishlisted items during the campaign.

Step 2: Segment WYWL Shoppers

  • Navigate to Shopper Segments > Wishlist Winback.

  • Set the date filter to match the duration your WYWL campaign was live.

  • This gives you a filtered list of participants to target.

Step 3: Set Up the Thank You Flow in Klaviyo with the right trigger & nudge name

  • In Klaviyo, either:

    • Create a new flow, or

    • Use your existing flow with trigger name: Swym-digest

  • Add a Flow trigger Filter with:
    Swym Nudge Name = your segment name [copy from the use existing flow from Wishlist Shopper segments]

  • Customize the message to thank participants and include a discount if you’d like



Step 4: Send Events to Klaviyo

  • Go back to the WYWL segment in Swym.

  • Click Send Event to Klaviyo.

  • Make sure to use the same Nudge Name used in your Klaviyo flow.
