How It Works
The Swym Engage app captures all customer activity on your online store (Browse, wishlists, carts, purchases). The Shopify POS extension allows store staff to access this data by looking up a customer. Any actions taken in-store (like adding to a wishlist) are synced back to the Swym platform, so the customer's profile is always up-to-date, whether they are shopping online or in-person.

Supported Apps: Engage is the only Swym app that supports the Shopify POS integration.
Other POS Systems: Native integration is only available for Shopify POS. However, custom integrations with other POS systems may be possible via Swym's REST APIs. Contact Swym support with your requirements.
