This article explains about the different pricing plans for Wishlist Plus along with the features we offer for each plan

Wishlist Plus is part of Swym’s Customer Engagement Platform. It captures shopper intent at every stage of the buying journey and activates that intent through personalised re-engagement. This article covers every feature available across all plans, and explains the pricing structure so you can choose the right plan for your store.

Wishlist Plus runs on Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, and Magento. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial.


Choosing the Right Plan

Wishlist Plus is available in three paid plans: Starter, Pro, and Premium. Each plan builds on the one below it. Your plan determines your monthly wishlist action quota, your lifetime stored items limit, and which features you can activate.

What Is a Wishlist Action?

A wishlist action is counted each time a shopper adds a product to their wishlist. This includes manual adds as well as products added through Smart Save (wishlisted automatically after visiting a certain product multiple times) and Save for later (prompted when an user tries to remove an item from their cart).

Removing an item does not decrease the count. The monthly counter resets at the start of each calendar month on all paid plans.

Lifetime stored items refers to the total number of wishlist actions stored in your account at any point. If you reach this limit, the oldest records are removed first.


What Are Monthly Sends?

Sends cover all outbound communications triggered by Swym. This includes emails sent directly from the Swym mailer and events pushed to your connected ESP or SMS provider, such as price drop alerts, low stock alerts, and back-in-stock alerts. At the same time, events through other platforms like Meta Shopifyflow or webhooks also count. Every event pushed to an external provider counts as one send.


Quota Notifications and Limits

When you approach your plan limits, Swym notifies you at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of usage. If you exceed your limit, wishlist functionality on your storefront is paused until the next monthly reset or you upgrade your plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I reach my monthly quota?

Swym notifies you at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of your monthly limit. If you exceed the limit, wishlist functionality pauses on your storefront until the next monthly reset or until you upgrade your plan.

What counts as a wishlist action?

Any add-to-wishlist event, whether triggered manually by the shopper or automatically via Smart Save. Removing an item does not reduce the count.

What counts as a send?

A send is counted each time Swym dispatches an outbound communication. This includes emails sent directly from the Swym mailer and events pushed to your connected ESP or SMS provider, such as price drop, low stock, or back-in-stock alerts.

How is lifetime stored items defined?

Lifetime stored items is the total number of wishlist action records stored in your account at any point. When this limit is reached, the oldest records are removed to make space for new ones. If you exceed your plan's lifetime limit, you will not be able to downgrade to a lower plan.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You can manage your plan from your account settings.

How do I track usage?

Your usage against monthly and lifetime quotas is visible in real time on the Insights page of your Shopify admin.

What is Swym for Marketing?

Swym for Marketing refers to the set of triggers, alerts, and events that Wishlist Plus uses to prompt shoppers toward purchase. These include wishlist reminders, price drop alerts, low stock alerts, and back-in-stock notifications. They are delivered across email, SMS, storefront, and paid ad channels based on your configuration.

I am on a deprecated Starter plan. What do I need to do?

If you see a banner indicating you are on a deprecated Starter plan, you can upgrade to the current Starter plan or any plan above it to access the full capabilities of Wishlist Plus. Existing customers on current plans are not affected by pricing changes unless they choose to upgrade or downgrade.
