Multi-location Support in Shopify

Updated over a week ago

In Shopify, you can set up multiple locations so that you can track inventory and fulfill orders at any of them, with the added benefit of selecting which inventory would be made available for online store fulfillment. The locations include any place where you manage or stock inventory.

By default, we take into account the inventory at any of these locations. If this doesn’t work for you, our platform can be configured to only take into account the inventory for the online location. If you have two online locations on Shopify, our app will take both into consideration. This multi-location feature eliminates the possibility of sending out a notification to an online customer when a product is not actually available for online purchase.

How to implement this feature?

Enabling this feature requires contacting our support team at this time. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will confirm your requirements and get it implemented for you!

Note: This feature is available on our Premium and Enterprise plans only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will we be able to pick a specific set of locations?

You will not be able to select specific locations from which the app considers inventory updates. By default, only inventory updates from the online location will be taken into account, while inventory from other locations will be ignored.

We have multiple locations set up on Shopify and we have a product that’s back in stock in one of the warehouse locations which was not ready for sale, yet the customers were notified. How do we fix this?

If you have multiple locations set up in Shopify, the best approach is to set up multi-location on our platform as well. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to set this up.
